Periodontics

Periodontics

Periodontitis is a disease deriving from the development of gingivitis. It causes infection and inflammation of the gum tissue and bones supporting the teeth. This infection is caused when gum inflammations are not treated effectively or not treated at all. The infection and inflammation is spread from the gums to the tissue surrounding the tooth (periodontium) and to the bones supporting it. The lack of support leads to the looseness of teeth and to a certain amount of tooth immobility which will inevitably result in teeth export.

Gingivitis

A bridge is a structure that replaces one or more missing teeth. It is permanently fixed on one or more teeth or roots or implants and restores the shape of the dentition.

Laser Treatment

Crowns are created to fit and cover exactly the contours of the tooth. They can be made either of metal and porcelain, of zirconium or entirely of porcelain. Crowns can both protect the tooth and improve aesthetically its image.
